Contact form and 'Leave your details': your name, email, whether you are a business or a creator, the areas you are interested in, an optional note, and the language of the site you used.

Call booking: your name, email and the time you choose. A calendar invitation with a video link is sent to your email.

Assistant chat: the messages you type. Please do not put personal or sensitive information in the chat.

Technical data: our hosting provider records standard connection data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working. We also use aggregate visitor statistics that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.

To reply to your enquiry, to schedule and hold calls, to prepare a proposal, and to keep the site secure and improve it.

Our legal grounds are that processing is needed to respond to your request or to take steps before a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, and your consent where the law requires it.

We use trusted third-party service providers to run the site, for example for hosting, email, calendar and video calls, data storage and the AI assistant. They process data on our behalf. Some of their servers may be outside your country, so your data may be transferred internationally in line with applicable law.

The assistant sends your chat messages to an AI service provider to write replies. That provider may use those messages to improve its own products. This is why you should not put personal information in the chat: use the contact form or the booking form instead, which are not sent to the AI service.

We keep your details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, and as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You can ask whether we process your data, request information or a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to processing. Where the law gives you the right, you can also complain to your data protection authority. Write to info@donlabdigital.com and we will reply within the time the law allows.

We do not use cookies. The assistant keeps your conversation in your browser's session storage so it survives page changes; it is erased when you close the tab. Fonts are served from our own site.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
